KESUMAS 2019
KESUMAS is an Inter-Faculty Sports event that is held every two years. KESUMAS 2019 was held from 12 - 28 April 2019. I had the opportunity to represent the faculty in the 4x100m and Kayak events. I have teamed up with seniors in the 4x100m event. However, we did not win the event due to competition from other faculty athletes. Nevertheless, I am proud of our cooperation. I had won first place in the Kayak event and contributed the only gold medal to the faculty.

LABUAN INTERNATIONAL SEA CHALLENGE 2019
I gotta say that this event is a challenging yet memorable one for me because my partner and I made it to the finish line.
Our kayak radar rope was cut off after Checkpoint 2. My water pump does not work. We hit the rocks, struggling with direction and my lower body cramps all the way to the finish line. Our time record for Round Island Kayak Challenge with 51.2km total distance is 7:00:21, and we manage to get 9th place.
A day before that event, I've participated in Kayak Sprint Challenge - Women Single and got 2nd place, 5th place for Mixed Double.
It is just such an emotional thing to accomplish for a first-timer like me. The finish line is just the beginning of a whole new race. 💪
Thank you for the experience, LISC.
